Do I need to change my DNS or install anything?
No. VelvetRope works as a "link wrapper"—share our queue link instead of your direct URL. No code, no DNS changes, no SDK.
What happens if my site goes down during a queue?
The queue keeps running. Users wait in line. When your site comes back, we resume forwarding. You can also pause the queue manually.
Can users refresh and lose their spot?
No. Queue position is tied to their browser session. Refreshing doesn't affect position.
What if someone buys Skip Pass but product sells out?
Skip Pass guarantees faster queue access, not product availability. Consider clear messaging about this.
When do I get paid for Skip Pass sales?
Payments go directly to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Funds appear within 2-3 business days per Stripe's standard payout schedule.
How many users can VelvetRope handle?
Our Premiere tier supports 20 million concurrent users—more than the Taylor Swift Eras Tour demand that crashed Ticketmaster.
